1. Do you do the pool cleaning service yourself?
Answer: Yes, unlike larger companies who rotate staff we do not. Pools and spas are like people they all have their own personality which varies from season to season. Just like with people it takes time and constant attention to get to know them so we take care not to rotate our personnel so your service technician can give you the best service. Our technicians hold CPO (Certified Pool & Spa Certification)

2. Do you do pool and spa repairs yourself?
Answer: Some small spa repairs and extra services are carried out by our service technician otherwise they are carried out by our licensed repair technicians, unlike service this can be done without servicing the pool all year round. We do however only have licensed contractors perform all repairs, and they are performed to the highest standards, and to health department codes in commercial applications.

3. How long has THE POOLICE Pool & Spa Services been in the business?
Answer: Since January 1994

4. Do you come out on rainy and windy days?
Answer: Yes, we come out on all days including Rain and Santa Ana wind events. It is however impossible to physically clean pools on these occasions, so we check and add chemicals, and thoroughly clean pools on the next normal weather day.
